3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders may be placed through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or Messenger.

  • We accept payments via BIBD, Baiduri Bank, and cash for local pickup (KB – Pandan area).

  • Pre-orders require a minimum 50% deposit, with the balance due within 30 days.

  • Nest & Nook reserves the right to cancel orders if full payment is not made within the given period.

  • Final Sales & Preorders
    All orders and payments made through Nest & Nook are final and non-refundable. This includes preorders clearly marked as “Available on back order” on our website product pages.

    Please ensure that you have reviewed product details, measurements, and timelines carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
