Shipping Policy

At Nest & Nook, we are committed to delivering your items as efficiently and conveniently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when deliveries are made within Brunei Darussalam.


1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all districts across Brunei Darussalam, from Kuala Belait to Muara, including remote areas such as Temburong. If you have questions about specific delivery locations, feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp.


2. Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery fees are as follows:

  • Kuala Belait to Kuala Belait, including Lumut: $3

  • Kuala Belait to Tutong: $4

  • Kuala Belait to Bandar Seri Begawan: $5

  • Kuala Belait to Temburong: $6

For website orders, please select the correct District during the checkout process to ensure accurate delivery charges.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is typically made within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on order volume, delivery route, and availability.

We do deliver on weekends and public holidays, depending on our delivery schedule:

  • In-house deliveries are planned based on load consolidation and district route. We will notify you in advance.

  • Third-party delivery partners manage their own schedules. We cannot guarantee exact dates or time slots, but will inform you once your order is dispatched.


4. Delivery Process

We use both our in-house team and trusted delivery service partners, depending on the location and volume of orders.

We understand some customers may have preferences for specific delivery times, but we cannot guarantee fixed time slots due to routing and logistics. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests when possible.

Customers will be notified by:

  • Text message for in-house deliveries

  • Third-party courier messages, usually on the day of delivery


5. Self-Pickup Option

Self-pickup is temporarily unavailable at the moment. All orders will be arranged for delivery unless otherwise stated.


6. Preorders & Custom Orders

Preorder and custom items have different timelines based on our shipment schedule. Generally, delivery takes 3–7 weeks, depending on restock availability, shipment schedule, customs clearance, and other logistics factors.

All preorder timelines are estimated and may be subject to changes due to vessel schedules, supplier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For accurate updates on preorder arrival, feel free to WhatsApp us and we’ll provide an estimated timeframe. You will be notified once your item is ready for delivery.


7. Flat-Packed Delivery & Assembly

All furniture and home décor items are typically delivered flat-packed, allowing for easier transport and safer handling. Each product includes basic assembly instructions.

Assembly services will be available in the future.


8. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If you are not available during delivery, we may leave your item in a safe location outside your home. Once the item has been delivered to the agreed location, customers are responsible for the item.

We do not offer redelivery, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Additional charges may apply for missed deliveries or special redelivery requests.
