All items displayed as “In Stock” on our website are available for immediate purchase.

Items that are available for preorder will be clearly marked with “Available on back-order” on the product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for confirmation before placing your order.

Please note that all furniture items are sold flat packed and are intended for self-assembly. Assembly instructions are typically included.

We operate as an online store and home-based business in Kuala Belait. Currently, we do not have a physical store.

However, if you’re interested in specific items, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp, and we can provide additional details and pictures.

Yes! You can secure your booking/preorder with a full payment.

We currently accept bank transfers via BIBD and Baiduri Bank.

We are working on accepting card payments in the near future.

Yes! We can help source the item for you. Send us a message with a photo and description, and we’ll get back to you with availability and pricing.

Delivery & Shipping

Yes, we provide delivery services at the following rates:

  • KB to KB – $3

  • KB to Tutong – $4

  • KB to Bandar – $5

  • KB to Temburong – $6

    Orders above $99 qualify for free delivery.

We work with trusted delivery service partners, and ‘instock’ orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, following their delivery schedule.

Self pickup is temporarily unavailable at the moment.

Product & Assembly

Typically flat-packed furniture includes assembly instructions. If your package is missing instructions, contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

No, we do not offer assembly services at the moment. Keeping our products self-assembled allows us to offer affordable pricing while giving customers the flexibility to set up their furniture at their own convenience.

Though, this option will be available in the future.

Minor size variations of 1–5 cm may occur due to the manufacturing process.

Product colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and photography.

As with all furniture, minor chips, scratches, or imperfections may occasionally be present. If this occurs, we’ll do our best to arrange a suitable solution.

These differences are considered normal and do not affect the product’s overall functionality.
