  • As with all furniture, minor chips, scratches, or imperfections may occasionally be present. Should this occur, Nest & Nook will assess the issue and do our best to arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.

  • Product images are for reference only and may not be accurate to scale.

  • Product availability may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders may be placed through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or Messenger.

  • We accept payments via BIBD and Baiduri Bank.

  • All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase.

  • Nest & Nook reserves the right to cancel any pre-order and issue a full refund if the item becomes unavailable from the manufacturer or for any other unforeseen reason.

  • We also reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any individual who engages in abusive, disrespectful, or threatening conduct, in order to uphold a safe and professional environment for both our team and customers.

  • Final Sales & Pre-orders
    All orders and payments made through Nest & Nook are final and non-refundable, unless cancelled by Nest & Nook due to item unavailability or other unforeseen reasons. This includes pre-orders clearly marked as “Available on back order” on our website product pages.

    Please ensure that you have reviewed product details, measurements, and timelines carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

  • Nest & Nook is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper installation of our products.

  • Assembly and installation should be carried out according to the provided instructions. Nest & Nook is not responsible for damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

  • Minor cosmetic variations that fall within the normal manufacturing tolerances outlined in these Terms are not considered product defects.
